Pinky and Rex's neighbor isn't really a mean old witch, but Mrs. Morgan yells and waves her broom around every time the kids step onto her lawn. And now she's taken their ball because it rolled into her yard.
The kids think of a trick to play on her. But seeing Mrs. Morgan sitting alone in her living room makes Pinky think getting even isn't such a good idea, so he tries a different plan--one that surprises everyone.
