Tampaknya setiap binatang yang ditemui kecebong kecil mungil bisa lompat, kecuali dia. Lalu dia bertemu ikan besar yang jahat yang tidak bisa lompat tapi bisa berenang sangat cepat dan dia makan kecebong kecil... Apa yang akan dilakukan Kecebong?
